Shipping Policy

At Okko Beauty, we offer worldwide shipping.

 

Orders can be tracked via the link that will be provided to you via email or via your online account. The processing time for orders is 2 - 8 business days. Once processed, delivery time within North America is 3 - 7 business days, and 6 - 10 business days in all other countries.

We are not responsible of any lost package, please follow your courrier guidelines.

If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you are responsible of paying shipping again.

For products prone to melting, we take all the necessary precautions to prevent melting.

We also are not responsible for any late shipping that may be affected by strikes, natural occurrences. We are neither responsible of extra custom fees or back end charges once your package has exited our warehouse.

Undeliverable packages will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

We are not responsible of any stolen items or melted products. If your product is melted, carefully place it in te refrigerator for about 2 hours or let cool at room temperature for a few hours and you can use it as is.

 

We do not intend or claim to cure, treat, prevent or diagnose any disease(s). If your skin is irritated or breaks out while using our products, stop the use immediately and contact your dermatologist or your primary care physician.
