Returns/Refund Policy

We are sorry that you have received a damage item. You can now return it for a refund if it is damaged. It will be free of charge if you live in North America (no return shipping fees) within 7 days upon receiving your products.

If you live elsewhere, there is an $8.99 flat fee applying to your return. We will process your return as soon as we receive it. If it is a return, upon arrival of the returned product, we will credit you the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note, it may take up to 12 business days before the credit appear on your account.

The process:

 

  • Fill out the contact form or contact our customer service at package@okkobeauty.com and please allow up to 48 hours before getting a response.
  • Send us your name, your order number, a picture of the damaged products as well as a brief explanation.
  • We will send you an email with the address as well as a free return label.
  • Seal up the box and drop it at your local post.
  • Once you’ve returned it, please allow a few days before we receive it. We will then send you a confirmation email to let you know the next steps.
